Lithograph process is very fast when done in aluminum, but it's also trickier on the technical side. The material has a rust process that constantly yells "hurry up!".

And what about etching? Is it harder compare to lithograph or there is a little difference?

Well the differences are enormous between those techniques. From the initial approach to the printing process everything is different.
I would say etching is easier, because it allows less knowledge in terms of chemistry than lithography. And some mistakes can be redrawn, while litho. only allows erasing to plain white.

But etchings have tricks too, while engraving make a durable print, aquatint gradients are delicate and difficult to preserve in long editions.
